Do please enjoy this interview of Rob Manson, the steward of the Del Monte Trophy Race Group – known to the wider public as the Pebble Beach Road Racers, as he recounts his take on the Pebble Beach Road Races 1950-1956 through the pines of the Monterey peninsular. This is brand new footage shot in April 2026 by Dan Fearing (of the Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion at Laguna Seca) and Ian Collins was edited by Ian and topped-and-tailed with Ian’s voice. The location is Rob’s place where a clutch of handsome Pebble Bach cars have their home.
