“This is particularly special for me because at no later than the 5 second mark we see my dear old friend and mentor, Tommy Sparks, pulling a wheel/tire off of the Sparks and Bonney Special at age 28. This is followed by what I feel is some incredibly important and up close footage of the famous but failed “Copper Flow” brakes (lower image) that Margolian and Manning tried to develop and market. No surprise, both Sparks and Jacques reported that they were more than inadequate! Enjoy this great footage, in case you haven’t already seen it. It really made my week! ”
