John Streets raced the Schaghticoke Streets Manning Special in eastern Canada in the late 50s… for example the Tuppence Cup Race at the #13 EFTS aerodrome at St Eugene, Ontario, on Saturday August 10th, 1958. John Streets is not in the video footage below but he competed with the Manning in Race 4 (did not finish) against a Jaguar D-Type, Mercedes 300SL, modified MGA, Lotus 9, Triumph TR2, Elva, Crosley Devin, Morgan Plus-4 and several Austin-Healeys. Adams, thank you. “I stitched together about 10 minutes of road racing from film labelled as Montreal Motorsport 1957-58 from St. Eugene (Connor Circuit). Results in the CMHoF archive are slim, so not easy for me to identify cars or drivers. Everything from DKW to D-Type Jags in this footage.
